Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day running of our digital marketing engine. Build a reliable email and CRM programme that nurtures and retains customers.
Give the business clear, trustworthy data on what marketing delivers.
The role directly affects how efficiently the business attracts, converts and retains customers, and how quickly marketing can move from idea to live campaign.

Coordinate campaign launches end to end with design, technical and wider marketing teams.
Organise and maintain digital assets so the team can find and reuse them easily.
Spot and fix operational issues across the website, campaigns and tooling.
