Product Manager
Product Managers will lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation, launch to market performance tracking. Responsibilities include market research, business process definition support, defining product strategy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for development and delivery. You will prioritize features, create detailed product roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Gathering and analysing customer feedback, staying informed about market trends, and making data-driven decisions are crucial. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential to drive the success of our products.

What will you do?
Understand the overall strategy and how it relates to your product.
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, business process capture, requirements, roadmap development and product launch.
Prioritize initiatives based on Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility.
Be responsible for inputting into and defining the quarterly objectives and key results within your product team.
Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, highlevel use cases, high-level technical requirements which directly correlate to business goals and needs.
Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and service teams in the development, QA, and release of products.
Analyze market data and inform quarterly on market trends that might have an impact on the product strategy or positioning to Director of Product & Experience and internal stakeholders.
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements and issues.
Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, groomed, and aligned with the product roadmap.
Act as a product evangelist supporting marketing efforts through effective messaging, demos, and training materials.
And any other tasks as assigned by a line manager.
What do you need to succeed?
5+ years' experience as a Product Manager working with crossfunctional teams, driving products from ideation to launch.
Proven experience as a Product Manager in a software or technology driven company.
Experience in Mobility Services (ride hailing, sharing, delivery, freight) is a plus.
Experience with various types of data integrations projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to inform product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with SaaS concepts, platforms and solutions is advantageous.
Experience owning the long- and medium-term vision and development roadmap for products.
You have driven products which have a multi-year horizon for realization of the full vision.
You are excited about complex problems, show grit and curiosity at tackling them, while inspiring others.
Good track record of delivering exquisite products and experiences.
