Senior Full Stack Engineer
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in frontend technologies, and a solid experience contributing to full-stack feature development, from database changes and API implementation to connecting user interfaces. Your primary project would be the admin application, an internal back-office tool for administration and monitoring of an urban mobility service. Depending on your impact, you'd also have the opportunity to contribute across our broader set of backend services. This role is based in our office in Buzin (Zagreb), Croatia.

What will you be responsible for?
Development and maintenance of the back-office Admin application.
Review and implement Figma designs.
Code reviews.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

We’re using Microsoft Office, Atlassian and other tools to keep our work running smoothly, so you can expect to deal with things like MS Teams, JIRA tickets, Figma, Gitlab etc., on daily basis. You will be working within a Software Development team and will be reporting to the Software Development Director.
Who are we looking for?
To help achieve our goals, we need someone with:
5+ years experience of working in software development.
3+ years experience of working on Frontend, with at least 2 years working with React.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Information and Communication Technology or similar.
Experience in TypeScript.
Experience with NodeJS or .NET, with some experience with microservices.
Experience with frontend data layer tools (such as Zustand, TanStack Query, Redux, MobX, Recoil, etc.).
This person needs to:
Have an engineering and problem-solving mindset.
Be a team player.
Be open to knowledge sharing.
Advantageous, but not essential:
Working on back-office applications, developing dashboards.
Event-based communication.
Maps and real-time applications.
Working in agile environments (continuous iterations and improvements).
Working in a start-up is a plus.
