Customer Support Lead
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Customer Support professional to build and lead our Customer Support function from the ground up. As an early member, you will combine strategic ownership with day-to-day operational work, setting the foundation for scalable, high-quality support in a growing autonomous mobility environment.
This role requires close collaboration with Product, Software and Vehicle Engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experience, fast issue resolution and continuous product improvement.

What will you do?
Own and build the Customer Support function end-to-end, from early-stage operations to scalable processes.
Gather customer feedback and operational issues and collaborate on building analytical pipelines with Product, Software and Vehicle Engineering team.
Handle customer inquiries and incidents directly in the initial phase (hands-on support).
Establish clear escalation paths and incident management processes across Operations, Product and Software teams.
Define and track key support KPIs (e.g. response time, resolution time, incident trends).
Support the setup of tools and systems (ticketing, knowledge base, reporting, etc.).
Prepare the foundation for future team growth, including onboarding materials and training guidelines.
What do you need to succeed?
5+ years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Operations in a complex, technical environment.
Proven experience in building or significantly improving support processes and SOPs.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to work hands-on when needed.
Experience working closely with Product and Software Engineering teams.
Excellent problem-solving and incident management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Croatian.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience in ride-hailing, mobility or automotive is a plus.
